Inner Coach Project material is mental-performance and mindset training for athletes. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment, and Jace Hoffberg is not a licensed psychologist, counselor, or therapist.
The TPA Blueprint
Before any package begins, you’ll receive your TPA Blueprint. Think of it as the agreement between coach, player, and parents: a shared understanding of exactly what we’re working on and what it looks like to succeed by the end of the package. It’s built collaboratively, shaped by what you tell us your athlete needs, not a generic evaluation. Everyone starts on the same page. That’s the point.

Before You Start.
How much does basketball training cost in Knoxville?
A single 60-minute individual or small-group session is $60. The Starter Package is $275 and includes a TPA Blueprint, five sessions, and three Inner Coach Hours. The True Pro Package is $550 and includes a Blueprint, ten sessions, and five Inner Coach Hours. Every package price is listed on this page and there are no hidden fees.
What ages do you train?
Middle school, high school, and college athletes. Every athlete under 18 must be signed up by a parent or legal guardian.
What happens in a first session?
Before the first session you receive your TPA Blueprint, built together by coach, player, and parents, so everyone agrees on what we are working on. The first session then puts that plan on the floor: ball handling activation, position-specific skill work, and finishing under game speed.
Do you offer small group training?
Yes. Every package covers individual or small-group sessions at the same price, so training with a teammate or two costs the same per session.
What are Inner Coach Hours?
Time outside the gym spent on the mental side of the game: phone and Zoom calls, film review, playbook work, and customized videos. It is mental-performance and mindset training for athletes, not therapy or counseling.
Who does the coaching?
Jace Hoffberg runs every session personally. He is a University of Tennessee Sports Management graduate who has coached in the Knoxville area for three years. There is no franchise model and no hired staff.
