Who We Are

True Pro Academy is a basketball training business and AAU program based in Knoxville, Tennessee, operated by Jace Hoffberg. This policy explains what this website collects, how we use it, and who else sees it.

What We Collect

This site collects information only when you choose to send it through one of our two forms. There are no accounts to create and no payments taken on this site.

Training Inquiry Form

• Athlete first and last name, age, grade, school, and playing position
• Parent or guardian name, phone number, and email address
• Short-term and long-term goals, prior training experience
• How you heard about us, and your scheduling preferences

Partner Inquiry Form

• Your name, and business or organization if you give one
• Email address and phone number
• Anything you write in the message field

How We Use It

To reply to you, build a TPA Blueprint, schedule sessions, and talk with you about the program. That is all. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We have never sold personal information and we do not share it for advertising or any other commercial purpose.

Who Else Receives It

• Formspree processes both forms and delivers submissions to our email. See the Formspree privacy policy.
• Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type, and time of visit.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here. Loading them sends your IP address to Google as part of that request.

Beyond those three, nobody. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and Tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no browser storage of any kind. We do not track you here and we do not track you across other websites.

Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors in the first place, a Do Not Track signal would have nothing to switch off. We therefore do not respond to DNT signals.

Athletes Under 18

Our training inquiry form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for any athlete under 18, and the parent or guardian’s own name, phone, and email are required fields. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child sent us information without a parent involved, email us and we will delete it.

How Long We Keep It

For as long as we are working with you, and afterward in our email records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your Choices

Email jace@trueproacademy.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we will not charge you or make it difficult.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Anything material will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
