What We Provide

True Pro Academy offers individual and small-group basketball training and operates an AAU basketball program, both based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Pricing and Availability

Prices shown here are current as of posting and are an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. Packages, availability, and pricing can change. Nothing on this website creates a contract for services. Training arrangements are made separately and in writing between True Pro Academy and the athlete’s family.

Sponsorship and Partnership

True Pro Academy is a for-profit business. Founding Partner and sponsorship payments are commercial sponsorship and advertising fees, paid in exchange for the benefits set out in a written sponsorship agreement. They are not charitable donations, they are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions, and True Pro Academy is not a 501(c)(3) organization and does not solicit charitable contributions. Sponsorship funds are applied to season costs including tournament entry fees, uniforms, and travel.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds

These terms apply to training packages unless your written agreement says otherwise.

• Cancelling a session. Give at least 24 hours’ notice and the session is rescheduled at no charge.
• Late cancellation and no-shows. Less than 24 hours’ notice, or not showing up, counts as a used session.
• Package expiration. Packages are valid for six months from the first session. We will work with you on extensions for injury or an unusual season.
• Refunds. Unused sessions are refundable on request at the per-session rate of the package purchased, less any sessions already used. Blueprint work already delivered is not refundable.
• Weather and facility closures. If a gym is unavailable, the session is rescheduled at no charge and is not counted as used.

If something comes up that these terms do not cover, contact us and we will sort it out reasonably.

No Guarantee of Results

Athletic development depends on effort, consistency, health, and plenty of things nobody controls. Nothing on this site is a promise of playing time, a roster spot, college recruitment, a scholarship, or any specific athletic outcome.

Physical Activity and Risk

Basketball training is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Participation requires a separate signed waiver and, where appropriate, medical clearance. This website is not a substitute for that paperwork and does not by itself grant permission to participate.

Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Our mental performance material, including Inner Coach Project content and Think Strong training, is mindset and performance training for athletes. It is for training and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment, it does not replace care from a licensed professional, and Jace Hoffberg is not a licensed psychologist, counselor, or therapist.

Our Content

The True Pro Academy name, the logo and marks, the TPA Blueprint, Inner Coach Project material, and the text, images, and design of this site belong to True Pro Academy or Hoffberg Coaching. Please do not reproduce or redistribute them commercially without written permission.

We link to our merchandise shop, our social accounts, and occasionally to other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent Tennessee law allows, True Pro Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do.
